MTM Signage: Terms of Service

At MTM Signage, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-crafted solutions. These terms outline our production process, payment structures, and quality guarantees to ensure every project meets our standards and yours.

1. Scope of Agreement

By placing an order with MTM Signage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all custom design, manufacturing, and installation services provided by our team.

2. Quotes & Payment Terms

  • Quotes: All quotes provided by MTM Signage are valid for 30 days.

  • Deposits: For larger custom projects, a 50% deposit is required before design work or production commences.

  • Invoicing: For custom work, we do not require full payment upfront. Upon completion or delivery, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued.

  • Payment Window: All invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a suspension of future services.

3. Proof Approval & Production

  • The Approval Process: MTM Signage will provide a digital proof for all custom work. It is the client's responsibility to check spelling, dimensions, and colors.

  • Finality: Once you provide written approval (email or text), the design is locked for production. MTM Signage is not liable for errors (e.g., typos) that were present in the approved proof.

  • IP: All design concepts created by MTM Signage remain our intellectual property until the final invoice is paid in full.

4. Refund & Quality Policy

  • No "Change of Mind": Because our products are custom-made to your specific branding, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or customer error.

  • The MTM Guarantee: If a product is faulty or does not match the approved proof, MTM Signage will redo the work or provide a store credit.

  • Inspection: To claim a redo or credit, we require an inspection of the faulty product. Faults must be reported to MTM Signage within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Installation & Liability

  • Customer Installation: MTM Signage is not liable for faults, bubbling, or peeling caused by customers installing their own branding.

  • Professional Installation: If we are contracted for installation, our liability is limited to the application of the signage. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing surface issues (e.g., failing paint or oxidized gelcoat).
