Under WHS Regulations 2017 — mandatory for all principal contractors:

How big does a builder sign need to be?
The WHS Regulations require the sign to be "clearly visible from outside the workplace." For a standard residential project, 600×900mm is a commonly used minimum. For larger commercial or multi-residential developments with more passing traffic, 900×1200mm or larger is more appropriate. We produce to custom dimensions as well as standard sizes.

A standard ACP board with your company name, logo, licence number, and contact details can move from site to site without modification. Project-specific elements (development name, render, completion date) can be updated with a new vinyl layer over the existing sign. We don't publish set prices because a quote without knowing your specific requirements wouldn't be accurate. With normal care, an ACP builder sign can move with you from project to project for years.
What's the difference between corflute and ACP for building site signs?
Corflute is a lightweight corrugated plastic — affordable and weatherproof for short-term applications, but not designed for the UV exposure and duration of a multi-month construction project. ACP (aluminium composite panel) is rigid, flat, UV-stable, and built for long-term outdoor use — it handles coastal conditions, resists warping and delamination, and takes full-colour print at a quality that reflects well on a builder's brand. For mandatory principal contractor signs and project boards, ACP is the correct substrate. Corflute suits short-term directional and temporary signage on site.
Can I reuse my ACP site boards across multiple projects?
